My thirteen-year-old restyled this sweet child-sized vintage table. She styled the photo and took all pics while I worked on the hand-painted “wallpaper” in her room. A perfect afternoon! I love it that she enjoys working alongside her mama!

The table would tuck neatly in a corner of the kitchen for snacks or a tea party, could serve as a child-friendly coffee or side table for games or crafts, or create a child-sized reading spot next to their bedroom bookshelves. For added fun and whimsy, she painted the top with chalkboard paint.
A perfect little go-to table when littles are looking for something to do.
The legs and table edge are painted with Annie Slaon’s chalk paint in Antibes Green, lightly distressed and hand waxed for a durable finish. The top is painted with chalkboard paint for you and your little to write and erase as often as desired.
The table measures 21″ tall and 26″ in diameter.

  1. This is an absolutely adorable table!! The chalkboard top is perfect and I love the color of paint on the legs. Your daughter did an awesome job and we are so glad you shared this with us last weekend at Inspiration Friday! 🙂
