I pulled this collection of forgotten frames from the closet, black and silver mismatch made of plastic, metal and wood.
They got a loving treatment of Annie Sloan’s Old White chalk paint and wax. I love the Old White–it is the perfect shade of white, no hint of yellow, pink or beige–just perfect, soft, creamy white.
The Old White unifies the frames and dark wax settles in the details, highlights their individuality. These will adorn family black and whites and fill the empty spot over the TV.

So, chalk paint experiment being a success, I will give the same loving treatment to some bigger pieces . . . wait til you see these!
